Catalyst Chicago was Mr. Sloniger’s first ground up development in the West Loop, pushing the boundaries further West in 2013 before the creation of Fulton Market.
Catalyst Houston was also pioneering creating a high rise development next to Minute Maid Park in downtown Houston.
Catalyst helped to create the downtown luxury living experience in a walkable neighborhood where it previously did not exist.
Forth at Navigation is a QOZ project that helped to create the East End neighborhood just outside of downtown Houston.
Sloniger introduced Chicago style design inspired by The Mason in Fulton Market in the heart of Houston’s Cultural East End District.
Atrio and Lydian were the first residential developments in the Illinois Medical District in 50 years. Providing quality living and affordable units for Chicago’s medical students, residents, and medical professionals
